I have recently started coaching a ladies football team. I have also just qualified as a Level 2 football coach. The animated football drills and coaching information have helped me greatly with some new ideas to coach ladies. PASS AND MOVE IN THREES
Watch any great team and you will see players, creating passing patterns that involve triangles of players. Pass and Move in threes is a practice session that encourages players to pass and move in threes and create triangle passing patterns.
Coaching Tip no 6.
Use shorter and more frequent football training sessions – these will provide a better framework for ensuring football skills are retained more successfully. Players will tend to retain improvements made over a longer period more successfully if they have lots of frequent, shorter football training sessions.
